Transfer World provides fixed-price property title transfer services across Australia, including spousal and relationship transfers, deceased estate transfers, and add/remove name on title transfers. We are an incorporated legal practice and our lawyers are admitted to practise in Australia.

Our online quote provides our fixed professional fee for handling a property transfer of the type you describe, currently $1,100. The quote is based on the information you provide. It excludes third-party charges, including PEXA fees, land registry fees, bank fees, and stamp duty if applicable. Your actual costs are confirmed in a written costs agreement before we begin work.

If, after we open your matter, the work turns out to be materially different from what was described (for example, a contested transfer, court orders, or additional parties), we will tell you and provide a revised quote before continuing.

You do not pay our professional fee upfront. Our fee is payable at settlement, once the transfer is registered. Third-party charges are payable as they fall due during the matter. Full payment terms are set out in the costs agreement we provide.

If you ask us to act for you, we will provide a written costs disclosure and costs agreement in accordance with the Legal Profession Uniform Law (NSW). We are not engaged, and you are not our client, until both parties have signed that costs agreement.

To carry out a transfer in Australia we must verify your identity to the standards required by PEXA Australia Limited and the relevant Land Registry. You agree to provide the documents and to participate in any identity-verification process we reasonably require.

This website may link to or describe third-party services (for example, PEXA, banks, and revenue authorities). We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content or conduct. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law:

• this website is provided on an “as is” basis and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free;

• our professional liability for the legal services we provide to clients is limited by a scheme approved under Professional Standards Legislation.
